PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States.

For destinations outside the United States, shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout based on your destination and order details.

Express shipping may be available at checkout depending on your destination and carrier availability.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 15–30 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, local carrier conditions, and seasonal demand.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, high-volume shipping periods, or other factors outside of our control.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Morvillo Kitchen is a Hong Kong-based kitchenware brand. Our products are designed in collaboration with Italian designers, made with carefully selected Japanese materials, and fulfilled through our trusted production and logistics partners in mainland China.

Orders are shipped via reliable international logistics carriers and delivered by local last-mile carriers in the destination country.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country and local regulations.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Morvillo Kitchen is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@morvillokitchen.com with your order number.

We will assist you in checking the shipment status with the carrier.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@morvillokitchen.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. After review, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
